Then as the Publisher of The Ottawa Business Journal, Caroline held a pivotal leadership role, driving the growth and influence of one of Ottawa's most respected business publications while showcasing her exceptional business acumen and strategic vision. Following her promotion to Vice-President, Caroline’s distinguished career expanded to Toronto, where she oversaw iconic national titles such as Style at Home, Elle Canada, Canadian Living, TV Guide, Canadian Gardening, Vancouver Magazine, Western Living, and The Hockey News. During this time, she further honed her expertise in business strategy, marketing innovation, and leadership, solidifying her reputation as a dynamic and visionary leader.

In 2019, Caroline returned to Ottawa to channel her extensive experience into real estate, where her passion for helping clients achieve their goals truly shines.
