Caroline is a trusted advisor and seasoned business leader who brings decades of experience in media, marketing, and strategy to her real estate career.

She is the founder of several successful Ottawa-based ventures, including community newspapers and Ottawa At Home Magazine. As Publisher of The Ottawa Business Journal, she played a pivotal leadership role in growing one of the city’s most respected business publications, showcasing her strategic vision and business acumen.

Following her promotion to Vice-President, Caroline expanded her career in Toronto, where she oversaw iconic national brands such as Style at Home, Elle Canada, Canadian Living, TV Guide, Canadian Gardening, Vancouver Magazine, Western Living, and The Hockey News. She later led the real estate division, research and marketing, content, supply chain and logistics, and the national marketing agency Totem at Yellow Pages Group. These roles honed her expertise in business strategy, marketing innovation, and executive leadership.

While her professional accomplishments are extensive, it is Caroline’s warmth and ability to connect with people that truly set her apart. Known for her approachable, collaborative style, she builds strong relationships and takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs.

Her achievements have been recognized with prestigious honours, including Ottawa’s Forty Under 40 Award and the Queen’s Jubilee Medal, celebrating her professional success and deep commitment to community.

In 2019, Caroline returned to Ottawa to bring her expertise to real estate — a field that perfectly blends her strategic mindset with her passion for helping clients succeed.
