Caroline Andrews brings an exceptional breadth of experience to real estate: decades of entrepreneurial leadership, national publishing, sophisticated marketing and business strategy. Today, she applies that perspective to helping clients navigate important property decisions with confidence, clarity and care.

An entrepreneur at heart, Caroline founded several successful Ottawa ventures, including community newspapers and Ottawa At Home Magazine in 2004. As Publisher of the Ottawa Business Journal, she played a pivotal role in strengthening one of the capital's most respected business publications.

Her career subsequently took her to Toronto, where, as Vice-President, she oversaw a distinguished portfolio of national publications, including Style at Home, ELLE Canada, Canadian Living, TV Guide, Canadian Gardening, Vancouver Magazine, Western Living and The Hockey News. At Yellow Pages Group, she later led the real estate division, research and marketing, content, supply chain and logistics, as well as its national marketing agency, Totem.

In 2019, Caroline returned to Ottawa to pursue real estate, bringing with her the strategic judgment, marketing expertise and negotiation skills developed throughout her executive career. She offers buyers and sellers a highly personalized approach, pairing thoughtful preparation and compelling property presentation with candid advice, strong advocacy and meticulous attention to detail.

Her Diploma in Interior Design adds a valuable dimension to her practice. Through residential design, Caroline helps clients recognize potential, envision improvements and understand how a home can better reflect the way they live. As a 55+ specialist, she also brings particular sensitivity to clients planning a transition, simplifying their surroundings or adapting a much-loved home for the future, while serving clients of every age and stage of life.

Her commitment to clients is informed by a career of leadership and community involvement. Her professional and community contributions have been recognized with Ottawa's Forty Under 40 Award and the Queen's Jubilee Medal. Caroline also shares her perspective on homes, lifestyle and life transitions as a freelance writer and monthly contributor to 55+ Lifestyle Magazine.
